Welcome to Sam Levine online! We are happy to have this up an running so you can find out more about Sam, contact him, or book him or his band.

Sam is continuing to be an active studio musician in Nashville, playing flute and clarinet for Trey Anastasio (of Phish), penny whistle for Amy Grant or saxophone for Brooks and Dunn. He was part of a show recently that included Donna Summers, David Pack and Felix Cavaliere. The band was led by Tommy Simms, Nashville bassist and producer.

Sam's newest release, available September 1st, is a Christmas project and promises to be well received in the acoustic smooth jazz genre. Sam's label, Village Square Music, is doing very well with its melodic style of jazz (among other things) and is considering a follow up release for Sam early next year of well-known jazz standards.

The wordless voice of instrumental music brings a very personal meaning to the lyrics of good songs but the best part is often when the melody then becomes something entirely new. Please look around and enjoy.
